Top Innovator 2026

The Oest Group from Freudenstadt is one of Germany's most innovative medium-sized companies and has been awarded the prestigious TOP 100 seal for 2026. This honor officially ranks the company among the top innovators of 2026. The award is based on a scientifically sound selection process involving more than 100 evaluation criteria.

Among other things, the assessment examined the innovation-promoting top management, the climate of innovation within the company, structured innovation processes, external orientation, and measurable innovation success. The evaluation was carried out by innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team on behalf of the competition organizer compamedia.

The official award ceremony will take place on June 26, 2026, as part of the German SME Summit at the Heidelberg Congress Center. There, former German President and TOP 100 mentor Christian Wulff will personally congratulate the award-winning companies on their success. The award confirms the Oest Group's continuous innovation work and underlines its strong position among German SMEs.
