Internal Health Management
Since 2014, the internal health management is an inherent part of the company. The target is to organise the working processes in conformity with health standards and to reduce the work load. At the same time, the internal health management enriches the company culture and has a positive effect on the cooperative working atmosphere. In addition to work safety and the health-conform organisation of the workplaces, the internal health management includes a series of constitutional measurements and offers.
The range of offers which are included in the internal health management at OEST are the following: special promotion days, workshops and benefits for fitness centers or visiting the swimming pool, back therapy trainings, health check-ups up to common activities such as squash, nordic walking, life kinetics, volley ball a regular jogging meeting and much more.
The Oest group was awarded among the first companies in Baden-Württemberg with the seal "health-active company" and is regarded as pioneer concerning internal health management. The award is bound to challenging criteria and is granted after a careful evaluation.
Mrs. Christine Weber is responsible for the internal health management and the offers. 15 colleagues, the so-called health pilots from different departments, support her. Ideas from the staff are steadily welcome. Everybody who would like to be involved can be a pilot.
