IHK Award for the Oest Group

The Oest Group has once again been awarded the “1A Excellent Training Company” seal of approval by the IHK Nordschwarzwald.

IHK Executive Director Tanja Traub presented the award to Training Manager Lisa Rohde and Human Resources Manager Karl-Heinz Kraus.

The seal of approval recognizes regional companies that go far beyond legal requirements in their commitment to supporting the next generation through apprenticeships and dual study programs. The IHK award is based on a comprehensive set of criteria that takes into account topics such as apprenticeship support, personnel development, and career planning, as well as volunteer and social engagement.
