In order to further optimize the support of all AVIA service station partners, Oest Tankstellen GmbH & Co. KG successfully introduced new software for inventory management and technical support.

This made processes more efficient, increased transparency, simplified communication and improved response times. The focus was on increasing the efficiency of central inventory management as well as optimized, fast helpdesk solutions for Oest's many service station partners.

Technical problem solutions and inventory requests from the individual stations can thus not only be planned more transparently, but also processed more quickly.
