A company active in health management

Since 2014 the in-plant health management (BGM) is an inherent part of the OEST group. Besides the occupational safety and the arrangement of the workplaces in conformity with health and safety standards, the OEST group provides a variety of health-supporting offers for the employees. The list ranges from special days, workshops and grants for fitness centres or swimming pools, back gym, health check-ups to common activities such as playing squash, Nordic walking, life-kinetics and regular meetings for jogging etc.

For these efforts, OEST has been awarded with the prize "company active in health" as one of only five other companies in Baden-Wurttemberg.
