Adhesive application XXL

Oest Maschinenbau received the order for the construction of a 1-component PUR adhesive application, for the production of cross-laminated timber (CLT), with an application width of 6 m. It is part of the world's largest CLT production plant with a panel size of 6 m x 20 m.

The proven KONTITOP dosing system, as well as the maintenance-friendly application head FACETAC FG are used. Since the dosing system and the application head are modular, individual requirements can be met. The same technology is available for different projects, for panel widths from 0.8 m to 6.0 m.

An edge gluing machine and a finger joint gluing machine for 1-component PUR adhesive complete the scope of delivery for this exciting project.
