AlbA project day at Oest

AlbA stands for ‘Auszubildende lernen bei Auszubildenden’ (Trainees learn from trainees) and is a long-standing cooperation project between the Eduard Spranger School in Freudenstadt and regional companies. Second-year trainees present their companies and give presentations on various topics from their training practice.

This year's AlbA project day at the Oest Group was organised by our trainee industrial clerk Eren Balci. The main topics included hazardous goods, quality assurance, sustainability aspects, ISO and environmental certification. The students and their teacher gained an insight into the multitude of legal regulations and the high safety standards at Oest.
