Application unit for CLT Mats-production in USA

Especially in North America the use of CLT Mats for the temporary fixation of unstable terrain is a growing trend. CLT Mats will be used for example as road system for the access to remote areas like oil fields, pipelines, power lines and wind turbines. CLT Mats are manufactured from length and crosswise laminated timber. 

Oest mechanical engineering has now delivered a 1C PUR application unit for a fully automated CLT Mats production line in the USA, equipped with the proven dosing unit KONTITOP and the low-maintenance application head FACETAC FG. 

By using application nozzles with quick-change adapters, possible blocked outlet holes can be exchanged quickly.
