Apprentices learn from apprentices

The AlfA cooperation project „Apprentices learn from Apprentices“ has been proven of value since many years. Within this project, the apprentices in the second year of apprenticeship present their company to their schoolmates. They give an overview to a topic which was defined in beforehand and they also give a speech. The vocational school students have on one hand the possibility to get to know the company and on the other hand the apprentices learn to organise this project day on their own and to develop and present the topics systematically. The AlfA project day at the OEST group was held by prospective industrial clerks from the Eduard Spranger school for their classmates which are in the same year of apprenticeship.
