Change of management in the business unit petrol stations

Mr. Matthias Pape will be succeeding Mr. Thomas Zink after an intensive time period of training and handing over. Mr. Thomas Zink will start well-deserved step by step retiring from OEST after 47 years.

Thomas Zink started his career at OEST in the year 1970 and was responsible for many years as managing director and registered manager for the petrol station network under the AVIA brand in the OEST company. After handing over the baton, he will still be active for the OEST petrol station GmbH & Co. KG and will be present in different projects. His successor as managing director will be Matthias Pape (Bachelor of Commerce), 50 years old, so far directive Retail Trading Manager at BP Europa SE.

Maththias Pape was also active as district manager in business unit sales of the petrol station business of BP before he changed into the business unit Category Management and Food Service. There he held several managing functions and at last he was responsible for the management of the shop and non-fuel business of Aral.
