Complete solution from a single source

At the end of the year Oest Mechanical Engineering finished with a highlight. It was the manufacturing and delivery of a turnkey glue application plant for the automatic production of aluminum window shutters.

Beside the adhesive dosing and application technology, a complete automation concept was delivered.

The task was to provide a continuous material flow process with implemented 1C and 2C-PUR adhesive application. This was carried out with the approved dosing units KONTITOP and HYDROMIX in combination with several conveyor stations, incl. 180° material turning station.

After a great final sprint in the last working week, two fully loaded trucks are heading to the customer in Baden.
