Expansion of the management at the Oest Group

Dr. Jan Vogt takes over as the second managing director of Oest Holding GmbH to head up the finance division.

From April 1, 2025, Dr. Jan Vogt will join the company as the second Managing Director and take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of M&A.

Ronald Rijkee as Commercial Director and Dr. Jan Vogt as CFO will thus ensure a further focus on finance, controlling, treasury and legal affairs. This strengthening also underlines the importance of the Group's strategic orientation, which is set to grow through acquisitions and investments in the future. In addition to his extensive background in FI/CO, Dr. Vogt also has valuable generalist experience in the management of medium-sized units - most recently within the Jenoptik Group. Management positions in companies such as the ETO Group, Siemens AG and Daimler AG round off his profile. With this expertise and experience, he will strengthen the management team under the chairmanship of Alexander A. Klein and contribute to the continuation of the Group's successful course.
