The Chamber of Commerce Northern Black Forest awarded the Oest group with the coveted prize "first class apprenticeship employer". This seal of quality estimates regional companies which campaign more than the legal standards require for the support of the junior staff. The base of this certification is an extensive list of criteria with topics such as company during the apprenticeship, development of staff and career planning but also voluntary and social commitment are taken into consideration.
