Health day – „fit for the next 100 years“

For one day, “health” was the main subject at Oest – with a various offer consisting of lectures, courses and information booths.

100 years Oest! A perfect opportunity to start the anniversary year with a “Health Day”. The slogan was “fit for the next 100 years” and for one whole day, many offers such as lectures concerning health, e.g. qigong, life kinetics, healthy nutrition, job and seeing, screenings and check-ups… everybody could arrange his own programme – and the employees really made use of this. For sure this was not the last „Health Day“ at Oest!
