Increase of storage space with news tanks - almost half a million litres more

With the reconstruction and extension of the tank farm for raw materials, OEST makes an investment in modern technologies, higher storage capacities and efficient production processes.

480.000 litres more storage space is achieved with the reconstruction and extension of the tank farm. Each of the six new tanks is appr. 13 metres high and has a weight of around 10 tons. They are equipped with modern filling level control. Furthermore, three of the tanks are insulated and heatable which allows a storage of sensitive raw materials.

All the important data, filling level and temperature are automatically transferred to the production planning. The modern technique and the significant higher storage capacity provide important advantages and flexibility regarding the purchasing logistics as well as in the production processing. The result is also a high availability and readiness for delivery for our customers.
