Individual solution for the production of composite panels

At the end of the year, Oest Maschinenbau produced and delivered a complete system for the gluing of large format boards. In addition to the adhesive application technology, this project also provided a suitable automation concept.

The process consisted to move 3,7 x 1,7 m panels and provide them dust free for the gluing. Each layer were taken up from vertical panel shelves, automatically brushed, glued and finally pressed. The task was realized by linking several conveyor stations, including a 270° turnable vaccum lifter and the use of a double-sided brush station.
