Introduction days for new trainees and students of the dual university

With two introduction days our new trainees and students have been welcome. After the greeting from CEO Mr. Alexander Klein, the H&R Manager Mr. Karl-Heinz Kraus as well as Mr. Serdal Varol, who is responsible for the mentoring of the trainees, a varied programme started – co-organisation and companionship by our current trainees.

Starting shot was the mutual introduction with a tour through all the divisions of the company. This was the chance to receive a first overview of the different departments. The team games which took place afterwards supported the trainees to become better acquainted with each other.

On the second day, the so called company rallye with the common lunch was in the focus. Completed were the two days with an evening at the bowling centre. „This was definetely interesting and made a lot of fun“ - that was the résumé.
