New member of the foundation and supervisory board

After many years on the foundation and supervisory board of the Oest Group, Dr. Peter Seifried is handing over the baton to his successor, Mr. Hans-Dieter Schumacher.

After studying business administration at the University of Mannheim and holding various positions in the finance department, Mr. Schumacher was Head of Controlling and Business Administration at Mannesmann Handel AG and Senior Vice President Finance & Controlling at Aesculap. He then spent seven years as Chief Financial Officer of the building materials manufacturer Sto before being appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Homag Group from 2011. Most recently, he was CFO of the technology company Jenoptik from 2015.

Dr. Peter Seifried, who was active in the foundation and supervisory board of Oest for more than 10 years, will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity for a few months during the transition phase.
