Oest becomes shareholder of the Tessol filling station network

A joint venture of the German AVIA whereto also the OEST Tankstellen GmbH & Co. KG belongs as one of the big shareholders, received from the company BayWa the acceptance for the tender for the acquisition of the subsidiary company Tessol.

The Tessol company known for fuels, mineral oils and tank farms with more than 150 filling stations in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria, Hessen, Thuringia and Saxony is also AVIA shareholder, so the filling stations will be kept running under the AVIA brand. Also after the change of the owner, Tessol will stay an independent limited company located at Stuttgart and operating from there.

By this acquisition, Oest is able to expand the already existing AVIA filling station network in the South of Germany as new shareholder of the Tessol filling stations.
