Revised ribbon spreader for separate MUF adhesive and hardener application

For the production of glued laminated timber with melamine adhesives and hardeners, Oest has completely revised its ECOTOP T ribbon spreader for the separate application.

The new ribbon spreader ECOTOP TM is equipped with low-wear dosing pumps with servo drive, magnetic-inductive flow meters as well as a dry joint control via movable channels. The adhesive application quantity and the mixing ratio are automatically adjusted and monitored. Feed speeds of up to 350 m/min. can be realized.
