Ribbon spreader for adhesive application with a width up to 2.800 mm

For adhesive surface application up to 2800 mm, for example for veneers in the production of plywood, OEST has redesigned its ribbon spreader ECOTOP 2800 for UF, MUF, PF, Soy and PVA adhesives.

The revision includes a new slim design that keeps the space between the infeeding and the outfeeding conveyor as low as possible, in order to ensure a safe transportation of the veneers during the glue application. The adhesive tanks were redesigned with a view to an easy cleaning. Optimized application heads take care of an uniform glue spread. An effective adhesive cooling with heat exchangers is optional available.
