Advanced ribbon spreader ECOTOP TM

The ECOTOP TM ribbon spreader was specifically developed for the surface application of MUF adhesives in continuous industrial use for glued laminated timber production. It meets the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and process reliability. As an option, it enables for the first time the flexible use of two different hardeners within a single system.

With the two independent hardener dosing lines, MUF adhesive can now be flexibly combined with different hardeners. The hardener dosing unit can be variably positioned to the left or right of the adhesive metering unit. Thanks to the further development of the ECOTOP TM system to accommodate a second optional hardener component, processes can be optimized for specific applications, for example for different wood species, varying curing speeds, or for the production of glulam products for various markets. Switching between the different hardener systems requires minimal changeover effort.
