The Northern Black Forest Chamber of Industry and Commerce has once again awarded the Oest Group the coveted "1A excellent training company" distinction.

The seal of approval recognizes regional companies that go far beyond the legal requirements to promote young talent in the area of training and dual studies.

The basis of the IHK certification is a comprehensive catalog of criteria that takes into account, for example, topics such as training support, personnel development and career planning, but also honorary and social commitment.
