AlbA stands for "Apprentices learn from apprentices" and is a cooperation project between the Eduard-Spranger-Schule in Freudenstadt and regional companies that has been tried and tested for years. Second-year apprentices present their companies and give lectures on various topics from their training practice.
This year, the AlbA project day at the Oest Group was conducted by the two prospective industrial clerks Lea Züfle and Marcia Seiferling. Their presentations focused on dangerous goods, quality assurance, production and logistics, but also sustainability aspects, ISO and environmental certification. The classmates got an insight into the multitude of legal regulations, the high safety standards as well as the research and development efforts for sustainable product innovations.
