Oest Tankstellen takes over 11 new locations

The Deutsche AVIA Group in Munich has reached a contractual agreement with the petrol station operators EG Deutschland GmbH and OMV Retail Deutschland GmbH to purchase a total of 46 ESSO and OMV service stations.

Following the conclusion of a merger control procedure, the purchase was approved by the by the responsible cartel authority.

The buyers are individual AVIA shareholders, including Oest Tankstellen GmbH & Co. KG, which will take over 11 stations in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.
