Its formulation makes it suitable for ecologically sustainable construction with the highest DGNB Platinum Standard. The ready-to-use, solvent-free emulsion made of vegetable oils and harmless additives is used for high-quality exposed concrete parts/surfaces and is characterised by a high degree of user-friendliness as well as a perfect release effect.
One of the current construction projects in which the release agent is being used successfully is the construction of a new vocational school campus in Sigmaringen. The new campus with a main building and adjoining multi-storey car park is located on an approximately 40,000 square metre site and is scheduled to be ready for occupation in May 2025. The construction company Reisch works according to the highest ecological standards and deliberately decided to use the release agent Econol Bio BTM 01 from Oest, as this easily biodegradable formwork emulsion was specially developed for exposed concrete surfaces and combines excellent results with ecological sustainability.
